Cancellation Period
All full-day and half-day seminars
If you cannot attend a seminar and notify us as least 10 working days in advance, you can nominate a substitute delegate to attend in your place, or transfer to the next course at the same venue.

If you cancel more than 10 working days before the seminar date, we will refund you the cost of the seminar (less any multiple-booking discounts that no longer apply).

We regret that we cannot offer any refund or transfer if you cancel less than 10 working days in advance of the seminar date.

In the event we have to cancel a seminar, we will offer a full refund or transfer to the next course at the same venue.
