Aon Hewitt Pension Conference 2012
With pension reform, an aging population and a greater emphasis on targeting the end-game the pressures on companies and trustees to stay ahead can be tremendous.
2012 Pensions: Fit for Change Join us for the interactive 2012 Aon Hewitt Pension Conference.
Agenda highlights:
In these times of great uncertainty, with the future of the Eurozone unclear and gilt yields having recently plummeted to new all time lows, hear the views of our Global Asset Allocation team and the implications this has for your asset allocation strategy.
Pension scheme de-risking. A session drawing together the different strands of a comprehensive de-risking programme:
- Be updated with the most efficient techniques for removing financial risk from pension scheme assets,
- Hear how to include liability management and longevity de-risking techniques in the programme, and
- Consider what operational models work best for implementing the evolving phases of the financial de-risking plan.
Auto-enrolment. There are implications for systems, processes, workflows and communications. We will look at the end-to-end process, which aspects may affect your organisation, possible decisions trustees and employers will need to make and why now is the important time to engage with providers.
Administrative challenges. There are implications for systems, processes, workflows and communications, not to mention the potential influx of new members at the staging date. The temptation is to start implementation but understanding the end to end process is key to successful delivery. We look at the complete process, which aspects may affect your organisation, possible decisions you will need to make and why now is the important time to engage with providers.
Also contributing to the agenda a special guest from Manchester United.
